Actor Jamie Foxx has denied claims he struck a woman with his penis.
The Hollywood star, real name Eric Marlon Bishop, has rubbished the sensational allegations - which date back sixteen years.
According to a report on TMZ , the 50-year-old - who's dating Katie Holmes - is now planning legal action against the claimant, who remains anonymous.
She insists the incident took place in Las Vegas, where Foxx has hosting a part in 2002.
She says he tried to get her to perform oral sex, but - when she refused - he 'struck her in the face with his penis'.
The woman didn't make a police complaint at the time.
However, she says the #MeToo movement has inspired her to come forward and make an official record of the alleged incident.
However, the the statute of limitations in Nevada has long expired. Under current law it is just three years.
Despite this, Foxx's attorney, Allison Hart of Lavely & Singer, insists the claims are completely unfounded.
She told TMZ: "Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him

"The first time [Jamie] became aware of this woman's absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives [Tuesday] about this story.
"The alleged incident was not reported to law enforcement in 2002, or at any other time in the last 16 years until last Friday because the incident never happened."
The Mirror have contacted a representative of Mr Foxx for comment.
