  Social media has continued to play the match making role in the aspects of love and relationships. In this era of technology and social media, a lot of things have become easier for people ranging from businesses to relationships.

 In the aspect of relationships, many people have given credit to social media for their relationships. Several people have gotten married to their partners which they met on social media. This is soon to be the case of a Twitter user identified as Faith. She recently announced on the platform that she just got engaged to a man she met on social media. She wrote, "We met on twitter 5 years ago(I slid into his dms), Majorly friendzoned each other until cupid got us. My bestfriend asked and this couldn’t have been an easier decision.

A lot of people are encouraged to try their luck with finding love in the social media age. Although not everyone is lucky, it doesn't seem to stop them from trying.
