Soldier Kidd has demanded an apology from the people who accused him of killing rapper XXXTentacion .
The music star, whose real name was Jahesh Dwayne Onfroy, was gunned down in a fatal shooting as he sat in his car on Monday. He was 20.
After people began to theorise that Soldier Kidd was behind the crime in Florida, he took to social media to deny any involvement.
Now, police are investigating Soldier Kidd following his social media posts that aroused suspicion reports.
X fans had pointed the finger after police released a description of the suspects, saying they were "black men wearing hoodies" and that one of them was "wearing a red mask".
Soldier Kidd posted a picture of himself on Instagram with a red mask.
He had also shared a boomerang video on his Instagram story that showed he'd picked up food from a restaurant, Hook Fish & Chicken, near to where the shooting had taken place. A gun was also in the picture.
The pictures have since been deleted and police have reportedly visited the restaurant to collect evidence.
Now, in a new video, Soldier Kidd is demanding an apology from the people who accused him of the fatal shooting.
It comes after police arrested and charged 22-year-old Dedrick D Williams with first degree murder.
Police have been hunting another two suspects, but have not yet taken anyone into custody, according to reports.
In a new video posted on Instagram, Soldier Kidd says: "I ain't find none of that s**t fell with y'all accusing me of killing X and whatnot.
"I just feel like I deserve an apology from all y'all, everybody in my comments, all the celebrities trying to promote that I killed this man.
"All y'all was wrong and I just prove y'all wrong, you feel me?
"RIP to X and all my condolences go to his family."
He added that he's only 18 years old, but felt like people were trying to "crucify" him, and said that he's just trying to live his dream.
He captioned the video "Rip X" and changed his profile picture to one of XXXTentacion.
Yesterday, Soldier Kidd posted on his Instagram story that he wasn't trying to get publicity out of the rapper's tragic death.
He wrote: "Everyone thinks this is a publicity stunt but its the internet bringing all the attention to me .. I've worked my ass off and I'm not gonna let the internet determine my fate ......
"That being said I peep who the real is and I peep you cappin ass squarez .... Im still thuggin under God ... #triplex"
X was killed on Monday afternoon in Florida after leaving a motorcycle dealership.
He was sat in his car when two men approached him, with at least one shooting him before they fled the scene.
Horrifying footage of the rapper's lifeless body in his car surfaced on social media, and people began pointing the finger at Soldier Kidd after police from Broward County Sheriff's Office released a description of the shooters.
After people started to theorise that he had something to do with the shooting, he took to Instagram to set the record straight.
He said in a video: "What it is man, it's your boy Soldier Kidd man, coming straight from South Florida, and I've been seeing a lot of comments, I've been seeing a lot of things going on social media saying I had something to do with XXXTentacion's passing.
"Man, listen man, we all got to love for all the n****s."
He added: "I don't even know who the man was, you feel me."
He went on: "But listen, all my condolences go to the man's family.
"I ain't had nothing to do with it but I'm going to stay positive, keep my head up, you feel me? Like I always do."
