As an advocate of the body confident message 'every body is beautiful,' Stacey Solomon stayed true to her word as she posed in a black bikini with her Loose Women pals.

Appearing alongside Nadia Sawalha and Kaye Adams in sunny Ibiza, Stacey was happy to be papped on the beach with her arms outstretched and a huge smile on her face.

"No filter needed," she wrote on Instagram. "Enjoy your summer and celebrate how wonderful you are inside and out... Every body is beautiful," she told her followers.

Just after the pic went up, fans immediately showered Stacey in praise for her inspiring messages.

"You're a fantastic model for young girls," one told her.

"No shame in having a mum bod. Too many people shame us for our scars and wobbly bits and marks," added another.

While a third praised the trio for 'keeping it real.'

Mum-of-two Stacey continued her inspiring message on her Instagram story by sharing a zoomed in shot of her tummy.

"When you realise your mid-section is as proud of your body as you are. Smiley face," she wrote alongside it.

It's not the first time Stacey has waged a campaign for body 'realness.'

Back in January she shared unedited bikini pictures to show what a real woman looks like.

She also left the audience of Loose Women gasping in horror when she revealed a beauty therapist tried to talk her into getting Botox at 28.

"I thought 'what can she see?' I thought I was beautiful,'" Stacey defiantly told the panel.
