The Prosecutor, Insp. Clifford Ogu, told the court that the offences were committed on March 15 at the Abule Egba area of Lagos.
Ogu said that the accused, a driver at Fafem Haulage Nigeria Plc, was asked to deliver drinks to one of the company’s customers in Kaduna.
